ABOUT US

 

Salt Lake City First Church of the Nazarene is a Christian congregation whose people have been serving God along the Wasatch Front for over one hundred years. 

 

Our purpose is simply stated by Jesus, who said the most important commandment is to love God with our whole beings, and the second is to love others as ourselves (Matthew 22:34-40).

 

Whether you have known God for decades or are just now beginning to seek Him, you are welcome here. Feel free to explore our website, to comment, and to ask questions. We would love to meet you in person, too, and worship God together.

 

Our hope is that, if you do not have a church home, you will join our church family in worship. Our prayer is that, if you do not know Christ, He will make Himself known to you.
